Job Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Qesm Heliopolis. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist may support onboarding and training activities to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mass hiring is a must, especially for high-volume roles.
- Proficiency in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing processes
- Previous experience working inside a recruitment agency is required.
- Experience in Training and onboarding new hires
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
