Job Description:
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in GCC markets
- Expand Second Step’s service portfolio presence
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for new business customers.
- Maintain strong relationships through periodic follow-ups and account growth planning.
- Coordinate service delivery expectations closely with operations teams.
Market Expansion & Sales
- Identify and target new potential clients across GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
- Conduct market mapping and build pipelines for qualified leads in outsourcing fields (contact center services, HR outsourcing, back-office operations, IT support).
- Prepare, deliver, and negotiate proposals, ensuring pricing competitiveness and value messaging.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, needs assessment, proposal, closing, onboarding handover.
Brand Development & Partnerships
- Represent Second Step in conferences, networking events, and industry exhibitions in the region.
- Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, business councils, and chamber of commerce networks.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks in the BPO sector.
