Job Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Years of Experience:  From 2 to 5 years of experience in BPO, outsourcing, customer operations, IT services, or similar industries.

Job Description:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in GCC markets
  • Expand Second Step’s service portfolio presence
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Client Relationship Management

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for new business customers.
  2. Maintain strong relationships through periodic follow-ups and account growth planning.
  3. Coordinate service delivery expectations closely with operations teams.

 

Market Expansion & Sales

  1. Identify and target new potential clients across GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
  2. Conduct market mapping and build pipelines for qualified leads in outsourcing fields (contact center services, HR outsourcing, back-office operations, IT support).
  3. Prepare, deliver, and negotiate proposals, ensuring pricing competitiveness and value messaging.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, needs assessment, proposal, closing, onboarding handover.

 

Brand Development & Partnerships

  1. Represent Second Step in conferences, networking events, and industry exhibitions in the region.
  2.  Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, business councils, and chamber of commerce networks.

 

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  1. Track market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks in the BPO sector.
