Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Excellence Trainer to drive store performance, train teams, and implement business strategies in line with market trends. You will analyze consumer behavior, competitors’ actions, and partner needs to develop actionable plans, while coaching and retaining top talent within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor retail trends and the electronic 3C industry to inform store strategies.
  • Deliver training on NEO, product, brand, company culture, sales, and soft skills.
  • Implement company policies and regulations within the team.
  • Coordinate events and cluster activities to convey accurate information to partners.
  • Analyze competitors and design strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Understand partner and customer feedback, and design action plans accordingly.
  • Evaluate team performance, manage PIPs, warnings, contract renewals, and succession planning.
  • Foster positive team morale, eliminate rumors, and coach staff for career development..
